Nature of Services
Lend A Heart Home Care provides non-medical home care services, including but not limited to:
Companion care
Transportation assistance
Wellness check-ins
Respite support
Light meal coordination
We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or licensed medical services.
Appointments and Consultations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking consultations. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid as agreed upon prior to the start of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to maintain a safe and respectful environment for caregivers and staff. Any safety concerns must be disclosed prior to service.
Limitation of Liability
Lend A Heart Home Care is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to emergencies, natural events, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen incidents.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
